I develop and use Jupyter Notebooks for both my research and teaching. In my research I use notebooks to collect and analyse data, to experiment with new ideas, as well as to share the results of analysis to collaborators. I also use interactive notebooks as a tool to teach postgraduate students about computational methods for analysing text data. Here is an example notebook I released to run LDA topic models using Mallet via Binder. There is also a Google Colab version linked from this repository.
